Payment Plans

The Payment Plans tab is used to review structured payment arrangements and their transaction history.

This view is useful for monitoring active plans, identifying declined or missed payments, and reviewing how far a consumer has progressed through an installment schedule.

Search and Filtering

Payment Plans includes search and filtering tools to help teams locate plan records quickly.

You can search by constituent name.

Status Filter

You can also filter plans by status, such as viewing all plans or narrowing to a specific plan state.

Payment Plans Table

The Payment Plans table includes summary fields such as:

  • Constituent Name

  • Amount

  • Monthly

  • Frequency

  • Progress

  • Status

  • Next Payment

  • Created

This allows teams to review plan health and upcoming payment timing at a glance.

Plan Details

Selecting a payment plan expands the Plan Details section.

Plan Summary

The details section includes key plan fields such as:

  • Total Amount

  • Monthly

  • Progress

  • Next Payment

It also displays a payment progress bar to show how much of the plan has been completed.

Transactions

The Transactions section shows payment activity associated with the plan.

Displayed fields include:

  • Amount

  • Status

  • Date

  • Payment Type

This is useful for reviewing whether prior installments succeeded or failed and what payment method was used.

View Consumer

The plan details view also includes a View Consumer action, making it easy to navigate directly to the related consumer record for broader account review.

Common Use Cases

Teams commonly use Payment Plans to:

  • review installment plans by consumer

  • identify declined payments

  • monitor payment progress

  • check upcoming payment dates

  • investigate transaction history

  • navigate from a plan to the related consumer account

Best Practices

  • Review declined plans regularly to identify follow-up needs

  • Use progress and next payment date together to assess plan health

  • Check transaction history before reaching out about a missed payment

  • Use status filters to focus on the plans most relevant to your team

Summary

The Payment Plans tab gives teams a detailed view of recurring payment arrangements, including plan structure, current status, progress, and transaction history.
