Scheduled Callbacks

The Scheduled Callbacks tab is used to review and manage callbacks that have been scheduled for a future time.

This helps teams keep track of follow-up commitments and monitor upcoming callback activity.

Scheduled Callbacks supports search by:

  • phone number

  • consumer name

Callback Table Fields

The Scheduled Callbacks table includes:

  • Phone Number

  • Constituent

  • Scheduled Time

  • Time Until

  • Notes

This makes it easier to review when a callback is due and what context may be associated with it.

When to Use Scheduled Callbacks

Use this tab when you need to:

  • review upcoming callbacks

  • confirm whether a callback was scheduled

  • search for a specific callback

  • track callback timing and notes
