Whisper

The Whisper tab is used to monitor active calls in real time.

This view is intended for live call oversight and allows users to open a call monitor when an active call is in progress.

How Whisper Works

When there are active calls, they appear in the Whisper view and can be selected for monitoring.

If there are no active calls, the page shows an empty state until a call starts.

When to Use Whisper

Use Whisper when you need to:

  • monitor live call activity

  • supervise active calls in real time

  • observe calls as they happen

  • open the live call monitor for an active interaction

Operational Notes

Whisper is designed for real-time monitoring rather than historical review. For completed interactions, use Past Calls and Call Details instead.
