Sync Your CRM
Syncing your CRM allows you to display constituent information in your Dashboard, making it easier to review records, manage details, and engage with your constituents.

Start. From the lower right-hand side of your Dashboard, select Sync CRM to upload your constituent information. Accepted file formats include Excel and CSV.
Upload. Select Upload, then choose the desired file from your local storage.
Mapping. Name your new CRM setup, then proceed to map the properties from your uploaded file to the predefined properties in the app.
Required Mapping. To ensure the service functions properly and each constituent can be uniquely identified, certain native app properties must be mapped to existing properties from your uploaded file.
Required Fields. Required properties are highlighted as Required. Begin by mapping these fields first.
Auto-Mapping. You may also use AI Auto-Map to automatically suggest mappings, then review and adjust them as needed.
Review. Check each property and either select Keep Original or update the Database Field using the dropdown menu, as applicable.
Configuration. Once you are satisfied with your mappings, select Continue to Configuration.
Import Type. If this is your first CRM upload, select Insert New Records Only. Otherwise, you may choose to update existing records using a saved CRM and mapping setup, or append additional information to existing constituent records.
Settings. At this stage, you may also edit the Maximum Discount Amount and Maximum Repayment Months for your constituents.
Strategy. Select your desired collection strategy, then proceed by selecting Import Records.
Completion. Once the import is complete, your constituent information will be reflected on your Dashboard.
